AP Racing, the world-renowned brake and clutch supplier, has continued to invest in its workforce by installing cutting-edge race simulators at both of its manufacturing sites in Coventry. The move comes as part of a wider commitment to employee well-being, engagement and fostering a modern, dynamic working environment.
Reflecting the company’s extensive experience in high-performance motorsport, the two custom-built simulators allow users to experience the thrill of the world’s most renowned race series’. They also offer employees a unique way to recharge, connect with colleagues and foster friendly competition.
Alongside installing the simulators, AP Racing has also refurbished its canteen facilities. This comes less than 24 months after the completion of a six-figure office redesign, to offer modern and flexible working space for its 180 employees.
